Riverparks in Upper Caboolture, a residential community situated high above the banks of the Caboolture River, has sold 327 sites within the estate to date, with majority of the buyers coming from within the Moreton Bay area, Narangba, Morayfield and Caboolture.
Developed by the Fortress Group, the 10.6ha estate is located on an elevated plateau overlooking open parkland, and runs along 1.1km of Caboolture River. The community currently comprises about 305 homes either completed or under construction, and once fully built it will feature a total of 636 homes.
Evie Werle from Elimbah has recently secured a 661sqm homesite in Riverparks for $279,000, currently the highest valued site in the estate due to its aspect overlooking a fauna and flora reserve and the riverside parkland location. Ms Werle has just started construction onsite through a private builder, after finalising the design of her 210sqm three bedroom plus media room home.
“I was looking to buy in the area as I needed to move closer to my daughter who lives in Upper Caboolture. I couldn’t find what I wanted in terms of established homes, so after visiting Riverparks the deciding factor for me was when I saw the bushland and parkland behind the site I was interested in.
“To have the nature aspect from my back patio was so important considering I was previously living on an acreage property. I love the area as my friends are also close by, and key amenity such as shopping centre and train station are very handy,” said Ms Werle.
“Riverparks has been attracting families from the local area as it gives them the opportunity to build a large four-bedroom home for an affordable price all within a few minutes’ drive to schools, shops, train station and easy access to Bruce Highway,” said Daniel Hirst, Director of Residential at Colliers International, who is marketing the estate.
“It is already a well-established community of proud home owners who chose to live her because of its tranquil rural setting by the Caboolture River that encourages healthy outdoor lifestyle.
“The estate has a network of parks including the Bunya Adventure Playground which is in the heart of the community and has taken out the top gong for the Best Play Space at the 2019 Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) Awards in June. The playground includes an array of active and passive recreational spaces where residents and community members of all ages can gather to relax, socialise and exercise,” Mr Hirst said.
Currently Riverparks has 31 homesites available ranging from $175,000 for a 475sqm lot to $278,000 for a 695sqm lot. Three-bedroom house and land packages range from $340,000 to $420,000 and four-bedroom house and land packages range from $375,000 to $450,000.
The land sales office is located at 1 Pauls Road in Upper Caboolture and is open Friday to Tuesday 9am to 4pm. For more information phone 54282100 or email [email protected]
